Today I started the 500 calorie regimen.

It started off on the wrong foot I was late for work....ugh so I had to call my mom to prepare my lunch! I did well.I thought! I had chicken breast,green beans ...which is at controversy right now.My diet intructions say that I can have them. the lady I called at the center said no. I alos had an apple .But I did however sprinkle some Hot sauce on my chicken. Apparently a no no.... The lady I spoke to said exercise was limited to 30 minutes of walking! Raw diets and other extreme diets…

Raw diets and other extreme diets… My neighbors eat like crap. Mostly they dine out, but I have been over for get-togethers and have seen what’s in their fridge and it’s not what I would call food, yet they are the picture of health??? People get caught up in what looks healthy. P3R2 FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 5 FRIDAY WEIGHT 195.0 (LIW 193.7) UP 0.6

Again not worried. up some down some. The scale is only 1 indicator of the big picture. As long as i don't go above my LIW and keep going I'm ok with it. As i said i have a goal and thats to be 2 lbs below my LIW and i will work towards that. I will not be a sloth today. It's noon and I'm still in my robe. Been on line for a bit. Not much loss today but thats o.k. I will keep going down. Im not blogging much today as we just got news of a good friend's death and have to help if we can. It was a suicide.

Sicko

Wow!! I just watched Michael Moore's Sicko, and I knew the movie was about health care but I didn't know that it would be comparing other country's healthcare to ours - what an eye opener!! Having lived in several third world countries myself and currently living in South Korea I have to agree - healthcare in the U.S. is a joke on many levels.
