I'm restarting yoga at the weekend..I'm going away for a few days to clear my mind,body etc...Hatha yoga I find great for Breathing and slow postures...any other styles, i should maybe looking at?..I also so practice Transendental Medition..which i learnt in the winter of 88 @ The Tm center in London..I FIND when i dont meditate to clear the mind stress creeps in and everything starts to get on top of me..meditation helps calm the mind..and of course clarity,,which i need as i'm currently working 12 hour plus days...so yeah any yoga input..sorry about transending of into Tm..lol
I've been doing yoga with FitTV's program, Namaste Yoga, for a few months and honestly, I love it. It's helped so much with my flexibility and balance... not to mention it's so relaxing and great to do after a workout.
yeah... it is strange that all these people are so into eating right but not into exercise... depending on how busy i am i exercise 1 hr- 2 1/2+ hours a day... running, weights, kickboxing.. all that good stuff. :)
KIP...yes we do... pm today going away for a weekend..back sunday..started smoking again...crazee ..I know..having the needles to stop..deep tissue massage..yoga and medition with candles on the beach..a mini detox....going to work my program out..back to the gym.....
Kip..left a comment..on your page..yep needed it..to short 2 days..decided to take atleast a week off in August..maybe jamaica...Ultimately I liked to have a base over there...try the Hopi ear candles i get mine sent from london...lots of grunge came out...lol...
