Liver cancer
My father is starting a 2nd round of Chemo for his liver cancer -he is 78 and looks in good health. The cancer is in one of the veins and cannot be removed and it is spreading slowly.
Are there any other treatments apart from Chemo -I have heard about a heat treatment but do not know so much about it.

I am going to list a number of alternative cancer treatments that I have researched and appear to be good at ridding the body of cancer. It will be up to you to do follow-up research and decide if any will suit your beliefs. Remember that a treatment that works for one person will not necessarily work for another but the good news is that you can try a couple of them at once. Have you read Kevin Trudeau's book yet? "Natural Cures they dont want you to know about"
It is crucial to know what the causes of disease are before you start a battle against disease.
After reading this book it is much easier to understand what you need to do to help beat your Cancer and its causes. There are many people on this site that know how to beat Cancer and know what causes it. I believe the biggest step for a person beggining a Cancer battle is to understand that Conventional doctors methods of Chemo, radiation surgery ect, are not believed to be the best approach by many here on this site, including a multi billionaire who saved many of us with his book.
Liz, I think if you posted your fathers diet and lifestyle you would give us on this site a better grasp of how to affectively take action against your fathers liver Cancer. I would find and go see a very good nutritionist for your dad,one that knows how to Alkalize his body for a good starting point and many prouct/treatments already posted here by others are great ways to battle Cancer. And if money isnt a problem, Mexico has some good cancer clinics, and there are some good clinics recommended on the Natural Cures website. Cancer is much easier to beat than your ChemoTherapist may lead you to believe and once you start looking into Cancer you will discover better ways than chemo to win your battle. , You can beat this, Good Luck

You are so correct in that it is most important to treat the cause of the disease as opposed to the disease itself. But the most important thing is to get your bodies immune system to a point that it fights the disease and that is the root of almost any alternative treatment. Any of the alternative treatments will always tell you to start by looking at your diet and they will also refer you to a "cancer" diet to change over to.
The problem is most people have a hard time switching so unless the cancer is fast acting, it is good even to switch over slowly. Whether it be the Johanna Budwig or the Max Gerson or the Protocel - they all work on alkalizing your body.
Another important person I forgot to mention above is Harry Hoxsey and his herbal formula to cure cancers. The clinic that he founded in the U.S. has been operating in Mexico for decades now and is one of the more reasonably priced ones.
There are good clinics in Mexico, Germany, Spain and even some good alternative clinics in the U.S. I have a pretty good list of many of them if one needs addresses and such.
Also, there are a few good videos on this site concerning FOCC, Hoxsey, Gerson, and Beck that can ne watched for more info.
Unfortunately, in most cases it will be hard to determine the underlying cause of cancer because in today's environment and society there are so many things that could have triggered the cancer to start from pesticides, to diet, to working conditions, to stress, to x-rays and so many other things. So, we must start by removing stress and from there go to a good diet and select one or two of the natural treatments to rid our body of the cancer cells and it can be done.
Remember that radiation and chemo only have a 3 to 7% chance of actually working as many of the conventional figures relating to success rate are skewed by "cure" definitions and deaths being attributed to other causes such as pneumonia caused by the weakened condition of the body from chemo and cancer and then that death is not a cancer statistic.

Many thanks for your advice. My father's diet is not the best in the world, I have sent him green magic for Alkaline. I live in Chiang Mai Thailand and wonder if he could try some therapies here.

Last night i heard that my father, had geared himself up for the big meeting with his doctor and was totally flattened to be told that the Dr did not know that he had any tests never mind the results. The Dr told him he looked well and to get on with his life and he may have 5 or 6 years left. He said he could not operate again as seeds are growing in his liver and cannot be taken out by surgery.
My father is in for a second round of Chemo- two visits have been cancelled the valve or plastic thing in his arm has now caused a clot in his arm which has swollen to double the size and he has to inject it every day at home until it goes down.
He is taking green Magic which I have sent him to help with the Alkaline.
The trouble I have is that I live in Thailand and he lives in the Uk and I have suggested that he comes over here for alternative treatments if he wants to. ( I just feel that the Chemo may kill him before the Cancer does. He is not ready to die and looks really well.
Hydrothermie - heat treatment has been suggested and I wondered if anyone knows if it may help with the cancer seeds in the liver? (There is a place in Bangkok which has been recommended).
I don't know much about it.

Regarding the liver flush, I know this is a difficult question but do you think it may help in any way with Cancer seeds to flush them out or has it gone to far for that do you think?
I am going to try the liver flush but have waited until now as i have been going through the menopause and feeling very weak so did not feel it was the right time but I am going to do it this month.
