Just ordered HCG - Excited, nervous, anxious and more!!

Any other 1st timers out there? I hope to get my delivery within the next three weeks.

I am very nervous about the vlcd days!

I am impressed, I cannot wait to start. Still a little nervous about VLCD - but if the HCG works like most everyone says that should help with hunger. When you say phase 1 - is that Simeons or KT?

Permalink Reply by Orneryswife on August 5, 2008 at 9:54am: I had hunger the first few days, but not crazy, just enough to remind me I hadn't eaten! The injections do make it much easier to handle the hunger, and if you have read Trudeau's book, there is a method for helping that described in there. I haven't had to use it, but it is nice to know it is there if I need it.

By about the fourth day, I found I wasn't hungry, and even the small portions were almost too much. Slow down and savor your food, that helps you feel fuller and for your mind to assimilate the fact that you really are NOT starving your body!

I am following the Simeons diet, and leaning more toward KT's version of it. I am also doing the eleotin tea, which I would highly recommend if you have had any blood sugar issues at all. I think that has been one of the keys to my rapid loss so far.; ▶ Reply to This

I did not have a prescription when I placed my order. I believe you have to have a prescription to purchase it in the US.

I do not know the answer on the amp question - I am still learning about mixing, doses and such.; ▶ Reply to This

I've done 2 rounds and have lost a total of 43 pounds between all rounds. It is an excellent way to learn how to eat and to learn self discipline.; ▶ Reply to This

I am a first timer but this has really worked wonders for me. It is amazing that you can lose this much weight so fast and still be able to carry on yur normal life. I used to have headaches when I first started using the hcg, I guess it was just my body getting used to it. Now I am twenty pounds lighter and one pant size smaller. I am excited for you and everyone else who has found out about this program and used it. After another twelve pounds I will have to take a break but man this has changed my life and whole thought process. I ordered my hcg from anabolicpharmacia and it came really fast, no problems. I have started a discussion about what people did in between phases regarding their eating habits to maintain until the next phase. I completed my first 45 day round of hcg about 2 weeks ago and lost 28 pounds; I did have some falling off the wagon while I was on the injections so I think weight loss may have been more had I went by the book and not cheated. However, 28 pounds is pretty good; it leaves me about 10 pounds from my goal weight. I have a question for those that have completed one or more round of hcg ... after finishing your injections and then adding food back in did you feel like your middle section got thick again? My weight is staying within 2-4 pounds but I feel thicking in my mid sections. I would love input from anyone willing to give any. I purchased my hcg from my natural path doctor but am currently looking for a pharmacy I can purchase it from without having to check in with the doctor each week.
