Stevia and Phase II
Based upon my read through of the book. Stevia is not mentioned on Phase II. I read some other info on line that seemed to indicate that you can take it during Phase II. Can someone provide clarification for me. The is going to be a lot of discipline on this diet for me...I'd like to have my taste buds cooperating along the way.

hELLO - Check out page 84 in KT's book, under #37 - "Use Natural Sweeteners." Hope this helps. How's it going? Have you started Phase II yet? I am getting ready to do my first injection today. I am a bit nervous about mixing properly.

Thanks Deborah. The section you referenced appears to apply to Phase I. I'm just starting Phase I today. On my look ahead I was wondering about Phase II and Stevia. It looked like I could find references to Stevia on KT's book on every phase except Phase II--that's why I was wondering. Thanks.

in the cure cure book, kt says to use a natural sweetner...in my copy of the dr. simeon's protocol, it says stevia is ok to use. hope this helps...good luck with the protocol!
