can you give me a suggestion for book(s) or websites that are good? i am intersted in finding a source for H2O2, also.
this seems like a good green choice and an easy inexpensive way to get some chemicals out of my house and out of my body!
I just bought a small bottle of H2O2 yesterday but wasn't really sure how to take it. I found the information I was looking for on this website! Thank you so much! :)
just be careful on H2O2 35% food grade will burnyour skin.if you get it on skin then wash withsoap and water then soakin water for 20 minutes. you need to dilute it. i make 3% quite regular for mouth wash, foot soak (for stinkee feet),put on cuts(tokill bacteria. my flormula is from ed mccabes book. 2 gallons distilled water, 1st gallon measure out 11 oz. then add 11oz 35% food grade H2O2 this makes 3% h202.
I was going to start a H2O2 therapy tomorrow, but I think I will hold off until I get more information.
This site ( http://home.bluegrass.net/~jclark/peroxide_therapy.htm ) recommends a 21-day H2O2 therapy that steps-up from 3 to 25 drops per 8ox of distilled water. This site ( www.earthclinic.com ) states that "The standard dosage for food grade peroxide is 3-4 drops per 8 oz of distilled water".
Has anyone here ever done the H2O2 therapy with 25 drops?
hi dina yes i have done a 3 month regime. instead of drops i mix in bulk.on my last response i described how to get to 3% H2o2. now what i have done is take 1 gallon distilled water, take out 3oz water and add 3oz. h2o2 to gallon of water. i drank 6oz b-4 bed every nite for a month ,then i went to 4oz. 3% h2o2 in gallon of distilled water. i then drank every nite for 4 months. these are the results, my asthma improved,my ulsers went away,my hemroids went away. i hope this info helps. 3% h2o2 works good on spraying afids on roses, spray on lettuce to last longer.
Thank you Thomas! Scheduling my meals around taking the H2O2 was making any type of "normal" eating [and especially snacking!] impossible!
I will go get some distilled water this afternoon and try your seven-month plan. It sounds more bearable than what I was trying to do. By the way, how did you measure the 3 and 4 oz of H2O2?
with a measure cup from kithchen.again wear gloves and rinse well everything that has 35% food grade peroxide. when i did this the first time i rinseda little bit and put cup in sink. my wife came back later and rinsed some more and i hadnt told her it stung her fingers and turned them white. so please rinse well
I looked-up metric conversions and it's about 2 tbsp to make 1 oz, so I guess I will do 6 tbsp H2O2 to 1 gal distilled water for 3 months, then 8 tbsp H2O2 to 1 gal distilled water for 4 months.
I'm so excited! Thank you very much and yes, I will deffinetly be sure to rinse anything thouroughly if it has been in contact with the 35% food grade peroxide. Thank you!!! :)
