DAY 4 (11/30) - 158.6 lb -- Down 3.8 lbs since yesterday -- Woke up this morning, and the first thought on my mind was "I wonder what I weigh? Ran to the bathroom, "eliminated," and then ripped off my clothes and jumped on the scale. VOILA! So far so good - I'm lovin' it! Seems too good to be true at this point. I hope following the regimen will really give me the results I need. I need to lose 25-30 pounds and have been playing with it WAY too long! This morning's injection went well - less nervous. Abandoned the idea of injecting my own butt - stuck (pun intended) with the front of my thigh as this is easier to see and certainly has muscle much closer to the surface :)! Had cooked shrimp over raw baby spinach with lemon and a/c vinegr for lunch. It was really good, actually! Now got to start pushing the rest of this water down today.

Im wondering what I will do, Deborah, when we attend my husband's retirement dinner. I think I will eat before I go as its a buffet so I can maybe just take a salad and drink water. Christmas time sure isnt a time to diet, huh? Sounds like you did just fine and I know you are glad now that you ate what you did. When this program is over, I dont think it will be easy to just stay on organic food. For one thing, I dont like to cook every single meal 7 days a week. Its nice to go out or pick up somethink once in awhile. I hope I can stay close to what I need to do so I wont gain everything back. Oh, Im down 1/2 lb. this morning. That's 13 1/2 lbs. to date. Judy
Hi, Becky! Sounds like you are doing well. I haven't checked my email in a few days - sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I am doing well. I am now on Day 1 of Phase 3. I never got below 149.8, but I am happy with my results. I am wearing a size 8 and feeling great. I will go through the holidays and maybe sometime in January or February I'll try it again to drop the last 10 pounds if I don't lose it just following Phase 3. What is your loss like now that you are a few more days into it?

We didnt have much rain here as I live in southern Oregon in the banana belt. We did have a lot of wind but not as much as the coastal areas where it got over 100 mph. There is a lot of flooding in Washington though. Well, my scales said I lost another 2 lbs. for a total of 13 lbs now. I'm thinking that should be counted from really Wed. as I ate a bunch Mon. and Tues. like I was supposed to. So really, I lost 13 lbs. in a week today. I just wonder how far we need to go on doing organic things. Im putting stuff on my hair but not anything with oil in it. But, it has a lot of chemicals in it. I guess we could go on and on about all the organic and regular stuff. Judy
DAY 11 (12/08) - 150.8 - UP .2!!!!! - Total 12.2 - Well, tomorrow if I am still not losing, I will initiate the "6 organic apple regimen." Maybe that will get me moving again. I hope so. On a good note, I really am not hungry, my energy is good and using the Foreman Grill has made my food prep very easy...and tasty!
DAY 12 (12/09) - 150.2 - Down .6 - Total 13.4 - At least it's going in the right direction again! I am relieved - especially since I cheated last night. I guess baking wasn't such a good idea. I had a giant chocolate chip cookie. In light of that, I am actually amazed I lost at all! Is that the way to break a plateau? I only wish! I probably would have been down more had I not done that, of course. Debating whether or not to do the 6 apples today - or tomorrow - to break this plateau.

Im here Deborah. Im having trouble finding all the e-mails we both have written. I sent you a "friend" message for my blog I have but havent checked yet if you replied. Im back on track today after eating mixed veggys and my meat and gained 1/2 lb yesterday. Today I lost 1 1/2 lbs. I envy you eating my favorite cookie and still losing something. Still am encouraged by what Ive lost so far. We are shivering here with a cold front in and I cant wait til Jan. and we go to Az. where its warm. That is, we will if my husband's back gets better so he can drive our motorhome there. I wont drive it as its really big and dont want anything to happen with it while I would be driving. Judy
DAY 13 (12/10) - 150.0 - Down .2 - Total 13.6 - Feeling terrific about the loss - wish it were going more quickly, but still am very, very pleased. Hey, I'll take it! Tomorrow HAS to be the day I finally get under 150, don't you think? I am so excited for you, Judy! How are you preparing your food?

I'm using my George Forman grill to fix all my meats as it doesnt stick and cooks very quickly. I've found beef and hamburger meat in particular isn't very exciting without catsup on anything on it so I'm just as satisfied with fish and chicken. I'm going to town today to buy me new scales. The one I have keeps giving me different weights if I weigh again instantly and now I know I will have to start tomarrow to see how much I lost. Keep up the good work! Also try the candida cleanse. that will help you with any craving for starches and sugars. Judy
