probably a cleansing reaction.
Do you mean the yeast is coming out of my system through my skin? Detoxing? Do you know what to do to relieve the itch and keep it from spreading?
Tammy -- if you have a yeast infection then I encourage you to join the Body Ecology Diet Group and read The Body Ecology Diet .... I'm not quite finished the book yet but will be joining Cayce Feb 1st on the diet. Skin rashes are a symptom of candida overgrowth. The Body Ecology Diet will: "strengthen organs, digestive tract & immune system; starve out the yeast; cleanse your body of waste discarded by the dying yeast; rebalance your interenal chemistry & reestablish and feed your inner ecosystem". Depending on the severity of your candida problem it may take as little as 3 months to over a year. Please don't get frustrated -- eliminate what is feeding the yeast and then recolonize with friendly bacteria (probiotics) and beneficial yeast (kefir). I'll quote again here "they help white blood cells fight disease, they control putrefactive bacteria in the intestines, they provide important nutrients for building the blood, they assist digestion, they protect the intestinal mucosa, they prevent diarrhea and constipation, and they contribute to bowel elimination. They also manufacture B vitamins and are the most abundant source of Vitamin B-12.
