Hey everyone.
Amazing to hear everyone's great results. I'm on Day 4 of phase 2 and weighed myself this am for the first time after 2 day loading. Down 4 lbs. Yeah!! Does anyone mix exercising into their program? Will you get better results if you exercise? I've been doing the treadmill for 30 minutes...3 times a day. (Have too much snow to walk outside and I can't do more than 30 minutes at a time as I get winded because I'm so out of shape) I know KT stated that he didn't exercise to prove that the weight would still come off. What is everyone's thought on this?
I think you are working out too hard! Try going for forty five minutes to an hour at a slower pace. Exercise is always a good thing and you should continue to incorporate this into your lifestyle
