Brenda, check out the blog I just wrote on my page discussing this very topic and being on a budget. There should be some helpful information for you there and a website in my comment box to get the first 5 weeks free. Let me know if you have any questions. If you monitor your progress via blood tests and how you feel, you should be able to figure out if what you do is enough or you need more.

I hope this helps. God bless!

Hi Brenda, Which one is you in the picture??? LOL! My thought on your concern is to find something that has the GMP stamp on it and to check out only "standardized" supps, so you know that you are getting exactly what the claim is in every single dosage!! I found an all-natural plant-based product with no synthetics PLUS it has the much needed glyconutrients in it! I have the website on my page if you would like to check it out!! Good luck!

I agree with taking Fucoidan. It is a wonder food! After starting it in Seven+, I would never go without it. I was also thrilled that Seven+ contains Sea Buckthorn because when I started researching it I found out that a German study indicated that it contains as much B12 as liver.

Here is a quote from a new brochure that eXfuze just created -
"The nutritional value of Seven+ includes:"
Xanthones
Phytochemicals
Antioxidants
Vitamins A, B complex, C, E
Magnesium
Calcium
Iron
Amino acids
Iodine
Zinc
Trace minerals
Beta carotene
Lycopene
Omegas 3, 6, 7 and 9
Folic Acid

"Each ingredient is either organically grown or wild-crafted."

After 8 months of drinking it, I keep thinking, "This is just too good. Why didn't I come up with this idea?" It's amazing when I sit down and look at my medical files. Even more mind-blowing, earlier today my friend Rhonda and I were turning the merry-go-round thing really fast for the kids in our homeschool playground outing. I looked at her said, "Would you have imagined that a few months ago you and I would be doing this without pain?" I have diagnosed Osteo-arthritis (among a zillion other diseases) and she has Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Disc Disease. It was also a blast having my mom visit for the last 3 weeks without having to call my name every 5 minutes to reach things for her or to put my 28 lb two year-old on the changing table for her (never mind bathing her everyday). She was like the bionic woman on auto-pilot in her 70s with a previous hip-replacement surgery from a couple of years ago and long-term Osteo-arthritis (just two months on Seven+). Needless to say , we are happy Seven+ campers!

With 5 weeks free, what have you got to lose, except unwanted health annoyances?
