I'm new! Quick question?

Can anyone help me in anyway. I want to change the back ground of My Page. I see many of you have such pretty and sweet looking back grounds to your pages in here. If someone can help me learn how to bring a different color and image to My Page, I would really appreciate it. I'm looking forward in communicating with you all about Health and life in general =)
