Hi everyone, I'm just starting Phase II and need help with the recipes. I work a lot of hours so not much time to cook except on the weekends. Can anyone tell me how to jazz up a green salad without using salad dressing or oil? Is anyone aware of any good recipes for Phase II?
I am currently preparing. I have everything except my hcg. I am going to go ahead and get my meats prepackage them and frezze them just to make things easier. How important is using organic. Because I'm not sure if I can afford to do all organics.
Organic is "good to follow" but not necesary to achieve the weight loss. I mostly buy organic fruits (apples/strawberries) and organic vegetables that I think would be heavily sprayed with pesticides if I didn't buy organic. I eat cukes and cabbage and I buy regular english cukes but organic cabbage because it needs to be sprayed for pests in the "traditional" foods (non-organic).
I have a friend who has not done ANY cleansing or organics and she is losing right along. Either way, stay with the protocol and it will work, organic or not. I think I just FEEL better with the organics... when I can afford them. Some people swear by organic meats but free-roaming, pesticide-free/hormone-free is good too. That's what I buy.
