Vitamin Absorption for people who have had a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass
I was told after my surgery (3 years ago and lost 85 lbs) that I would always need to take a chewable or liquid vitamin. It has not been an easy task to find a "healthy" chewable or liquid. Does anyone have a suggestion?

They also have liquid antioxidants and such to choose from.
