ok i have researched online for the last week finally ordered 5000 hcg from drug delivery still need to order the water
it seems the protocol is very complicated i need to know exactly how to begin what the phases are how many days to inject how much to inject I read Dr Simeons protocol on the 500 cal and what to eat for 3 weeks can someone please give me the exact answers im so fustrated researching this and am desperate to start i need to lose 50 lbs
even if the book is the only way with all the answers let me know

kt's book gives a great overview of the protocol and is a good source to find the cleanses.
check with a local pharmacy for insulin syringes, bacteriostatic water and 5 or 10 cc syringe to reconstite hcg. my dr. told me give subcutaneous injection and use 250 units/ injection...so my 10,000 unit vial will be enough for 40 shots. you take 1 day off the injections/ week to keep from building up an immunity to the hormone.
my 10,000 unit vial is reconstituted with 10 cc water and then using an insulin syringe with a 1/4 inch needle i give myself my daily injection of .25cc. this is the same as 250 units. the syringe is tiny and is calibrated so it is easy to read.
if you have a 5,000 unit vial...you would constitute with 5 cc water and the rest of the procedure it the same.
i give myself subq shot in either belly or top of thigh. the needle is only 1/4 inch long so even if i bury it to the hub...i will never hit anything other soft tissue.
after you mix hcg...store in the fridge

Hi Lauren, you just added me to your friends list, so Hi there--- The best way to find out info is to click on my pix and go to my discussions, I gave my testimony and other info - then find grammasmittys picture - click on it and go to her discussions, she is the expert, she has been doing the protacal for several months. Phases 2 & 3. Just reading the forums really help. Also read Kevins book alll the way at least twice.
You can go to hcgsupplies.com and get your supplies, then click on the left side and download Dr. simeons 'pounds and inches' and the mixing instructions--then --click on 'buy hcg' it takes you to drugdelivery.ca to purchase hcg I bought 3 ampules of 5000iu for 45 days, you use 2 of them in that time and the 3rd can be for your second round of phase 2 to lose more weight. I had to lose 45, today was my 45th day on phase 2 and ive lost 26 lbs. I will take the weeks off and go another round of phase 2 for 21 or 45 days. I need to lose 20 pounds more. This is great!!!!!!!!!!!

we've done this for 2 rounds now...just starting a 3rd time on phase 2...so far i've lost 80 pounds and my mom has lost about the same.
from day to day doing the protocol and watching the scales creep lower and lower...it seems like really slow going...until you realize...you're losing about a pound a shot AND there is no bounce when you finish a round...this is the best weight loss anything i've ever tried/done.
