Lisa, there's all kinds of oregano on the market but most are cut with olive oil or something similar. The essential oil that I use comes from my master herbalist. Here's why I chose it: P83 or higher (the phytochemicals that gives it it's heat are the same ones that give it it's effectiveness.) It come from Turkey where it is wild crafted. It's pure oregano oil. You get to do your own cutting without paying outrageous per oz price for cheap oil.

One of my regular chat-buddies was looking at another product. It was $15 oz, obviously cut oregano oil, so we went to the website and read the ingredients and ratio's. That 1 oz of oil only had a tiny bit of oregano oil in it. We were doing the math, one would spend almost $200 to get the amount of oregano oil that I get for around $70. One $70 bottle lasts me for close to a year with 2 of us taking it and I add 1 drop to every gallon of water I distill.

I get mine from the Barefoot Herbalist but I don't think it's listed on his store page. You can go there and email him for details:

Propolis also works as an antibiotic. Also, I have tried to join this group; however, for some reason, it will not let me.
