I have had chronic asthma/bronchitis for over 15 years now. Once I began the routine of 2 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil per day as well as Oil Pulling once a day and 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar water with organic honey my symptoms went away for about 2 month but recently my breathign problems have returned.
I am definitely allergic to dust which triggers my breathing issues and I do has 3 Air purifiers in my home (2 ionic and 1 hepa) but I still am having trouble.
I upped the amount of ACV from 2 teaspoons to 2 tablespoons and I have read where there was an immediate improvement and within the week the symotoms were gone.
I do not have that success unfortunately. I have just started drinking acai juice (2-1 ounce serving per day.
Does anyone know of anything I can do to be able to breathe again normally?
I have been using Ginko Biloba for my asthma, and it helps. I also have breathing problems, like it feels like i'm not getting a full breath, and that I have to force myself to breathe, its weird.
I will try the ACV and EVCO, but what is oil pulling?
Thanks for the info......oil pulling is using either sesame oil or sunflower oil (make sure it is yellow in color and not brown)
Take 15ML of the oil and you swish it back and forth through your teeth....do not gargle it and do not swallow it....do this for about 15-20 minuites then spit it out and rinse your mouth out with water until all of the oil residue is out of your mouth -- the oil reportedly draws out toxins which is why you don't want to swallow it
the benefits can be helping with your asthma but also can be helping with your skin complexion, helping with sinuses, it helps clears up general chest congestion without coughing up a lung and it also makes your teeth whiter
if you are allergic to dust i would strongly recommend ionic air purifies for your home
what is Ginko Biloba? I have never heard of that before
this may sound crazy but i have heard the "raw milk" will cure asthma. Look at www.westonaprice.org or do a google search on raw milk cures asthma and see what you find. You can find a farmer on the weston a price website or you can get it from organic dairy in calif, they will ship it.
Wow thanks so much! -- I just recently found a place near me in ohio that has raw milk so your tip is very interesting indeed.
I hear that the taste is a lot to overcome however. DO you know if anything can be added to raw milk to help with the taste or is it only effective as it is?
