Katrina, what I did was take the form from the pharmacy that is listed on this web site to a walk in clinic. I told them that I was on a diet and had lost 17 pounds on the first phase. I told them that I was ready to start the next phase and needed my current height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse checked by a medical professional before I would be able to go on to phase 2. I did not explain the diet at all and had no problem getting the forms filled out that I needed in order to get my HCG. They even did it for free. I don't have any health issues and was not on any medication. I don't know your medical history, but if you are healthy, then I don't see why you can't do it the same way that I did. Orvelyn

HI Katrina,
Why did your doctor say the hcg was too risky? Read your post on Orvelyn Foy's site. People seem to be doing so good at loosing weight, I have only heard praise's no problems.

Hi Katrina, I don't remember the web site for the colonics. I googled "colon cleanse," I hope this is helpful. I don't go to doctors. There is a major food store here where I buy my organics and they have a walk in clinic, I got my physical there for free, but the usual charge is $69.

Welcome Katrina and best of luck! I was on Phase 1 and lost 17 pounds in 3 weeks. I did the 2 loading days and put 9 pounds back on. I quickly took off 10 1/2 pounds in 5 days on Phase 2. I have 94 pounds to go. Keep us posted on your progress.
