You can substitute an egg day instead of a steak day. Eat up to 12 eggs during the whole day, but preferably not late into the evening. I usually begin with a scrambled egg because i make eggs and bacon for hubby or son and I like that flavor in my eggs. But then i am back to hard boiled. Some of them I just eat with a little mustard and/or mayo.
I am looking for the book now, what is the title of this one, after i read it i think i will give it a try, thanks for the info.
Been a long time, hasn't it? Glad you said Hi, been wondering how you were doing. Yes, I've pretty maintained my weight, but two issues probably account for it. I have become much more active, working and sweating, which is good, and I have just about cut out meat altogether and mainly eat vegetables and fruits. I will have to say it makes me feel a lot better; I don't have that full feeling, which I detest, but, yes, I do feel fuller in the waistline; a lot of the times I overeat on the vegetables. How are you doing?
I met someone else online and she is going to try to lose another 10 to 15 pounds, and we are going to do it together, probably around September or October.
I've got another 15 to lose I think. Do you want to do another round with us? That would be a lot of fun to do together.
may I ask you how much hcg you started w/? I havent begun yet,and am wondering if its better to start small/or big in doses when you have as much to lose as I do
