About Me:: I'm the manager of a coffeeshop in SC. I am a Christian who lives, eats, breathes the things of God. Ministry is my passion and loving people is what I do. I adore music and play a few instruments as well as sing all the time. I help lead worship at my church and enjoy sweet fellowship with my friends and family. Any suggestions on HCG alternative protocol?

I'm beginning the HCG alternative on Monday. I was wondering what everyone is talking about when they say "gorging days." I haven't seen that yet.

I have Kevin's book and the Ora-Thin, however, if anyone has any helpful advice, I'd love to know.

I already eat only organic food and work out, but my body is fighting against me.
