Thanks Eric. I hope you had a great Easter. I haven't been on here for a while. I have been really busy with my photography. You can check it out at www.myspace.com/jaylynphotography if you like. I will try to log in more often. All the best!

Nutiva makes an Organic Hemp protein powder. I believe it comes in 2 or 3 flavors. Check your local Health Food Store. You can also buy organic hemp seeds to make your own smoothies, snacks, etc.
I do not think it was me that was talking up the hemp protein, but I know you can get it at most health food stores. I think Nutiva makes one. I am more of a fan of whole foods than whey supplements, but if I was going to use one it would probably be Healthy & Fit egg white protein or Russian Bear 5000 mass gainer. These are not expensive and at last are free from chemicals and artificial sweeteners. Hope that helps. Hope your strength training is going well. Ian
As in Jane, Peter and Bridget? I haven't, but looked it up out of curiosity. Seems to be near Schenectady and I'm familiar with that as I have relatives there. Yes, NYC is a SMALL part of the greater NY State for sure! I don't personally like Schenectady....I feel like I'm stuck in a cage in the boonies! LOL
