All I can say is....I mean scream is WWWWOOOHHHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I am not even hungry!!!!

5/7 Day 4 249.8 total loss: almost 6 pounds

Okay I didnt think i was going to be able to do this diet because day 3 was sooo hard. But after seeing the scale I am ready to take it on.

5/6 Day 2 253 pounds Total loss: 2 pounds

Okay I dont know how that happened. But I have lost 2 pounds after gorging for 2 days!! WOOHOOO!

5/8 Day 5 248 Total loss: 7 pounds

Okay I got a little carried away yesterday and told Lynnette Swans that I had lost 6 pounds already and then Wendi pointed out the ounces..THANKS WENDI!!!:P Anyway...I love this diet!! This is the greatest! And I love all the support I am getting!
