Weight Loss with HCG

Hello! I am new at writing a blog so I am unsure how this goes. I have done the Phase2 of the weight loss program in Kevin Torneau's book. I am on day 38 and have lost 27lbs. I am satisfied and not hungry whatsoever. I am very content and my mood swings are very stablized. I did a few things wrong initially but evenso, I am plugging along with consistant weight loss. Glad to hear you have stabilized!! i am struggling a little with phase 4...just have to be a little more careful and get back to phase 3 foods.!:)

Im going to change my style of doing p3 this time around I did Atkins and still will but last time I ate a lot of whipped cream desserts and had nuts every day. This time Im going to go easy on the fats and concentrate on eating more normally except without starch or sugars. I need to do maybe 2 more rounds of p2 before I finish but not sure yet. Im not aiming for a definite weight but will go til I feel good at the weight Im at. This is the best program Ive seen out there and believe me, Ive done it all. I really hope that I will eat right and senseably from now on as I have found that my trigger foods are starches and sugars. Ive been true to the whole program and hope that KT is right when he says after this program, you can eat normally without gaining.

Hi Karen. Welcome. Are you through with P2 and on P3 now? Im on my 3rd go around and almost through with P2 this time. I do Atkins on p3 and try to stay with about 20 carbs.

i read you comment on wendi's page. Have to get to work so have no time now to read your page,but will later. in the mean time i just want to say phase 3 is great. the protocol say no sugar no STARCH. wich is different from carbs. example fruits have no starch but carbs. i still limited fruit as simeons says. normally a strawberry smoothy mid morning snack. this is my typical first 3 weeks foods
nuts, peanut butter,full fat dairy(because lower carbs help,full fat has less carbs)veggies(except those with starch..corn,yams,carrots,beets ect) meat cooked any way just no breading.
i ate simular at first to phase 2 just added things slow. I am now on last 3 weeks of phase 3 still watching starch,sugar. i haven't had to have a steak day and acually lost 5 lbs early into phase 3. you can go to my page and read my blog if you want.
like keifer,yogurt,cottage cheese,cheese,cream,whole milk.
