Hello!
I am new at writing a blog so I am unsure how this goes.
I have done the Phase2 of the weight loss program in Kevin Torneau's book.
I am on day 38 and have lost 27lbs.
I am satisfied and not hungry whatsoever. I am very content and my mood swings are very stablized.
I did a few things wrong initially but evenso, I am plugging along with consistant weight loss.

Glad to hear you have stabilized!! i am struggling a little with phase 4...just have to be a little more careful and get back to phase 3 foods.!:)
nuts, peanut butter,full fat dairy(because lower carbs help,full fat has less carbs)veggies(except those with starch..corn,yams,carrots,beets ect) meat cooked any way just no breading.
i ate simular at first to phase 2 just added things slow. I am now on last 3 weeks of phase 3 still watching starch,sugar. i haven't had to have a steak day and acually lost 5 lbs early into phase 3. you can go to my page and read my blog if you want.
like keifer,yogurt,cottage cheese,cheese,cream,whole milk.
