Why is my body dirty?

The first elimination channel is our kidneys/bladder. The most important nutrient to this organ is water. However, most people don’t drink enough water daily. The third elimination channel is the skin. It is our largest elimination channel. If you do not sweat with exercise or even in heat, then your largest organ needs to be cleared. Possible massage, Epsom salt baths, dry brushing are a few examples of opening up the skin’s elimination.

The last elimination channel is the large intestine or colon. This channel is the one with the most problems. People have so many weaknesses with their bowels due to low fiber, stress, undigested food particles, and disorders of the bowels. It is essential that this organ remain opened to ensure the waste by-products are eliminated.

What are the directions for taking the Whole Health Direct Cleanse?
Because many people have never experienced an herbal cleanse, they may want to consider introducing their body to a smaller dose of V-Caps each day working up to the full recommended dose.

It is recommended that you take 3 V-Caps before breakfast and 3 V-Caps before dinner. Instead of before dinner, some people prefer taking those 3 V-Caps prior to bedtime. People with intestinal distress may take 3 V-Caps at noon as well.

How should I feel while taking the Whole Health Direct Cleanse?
Most people feel great after a few days especially because they are eliminating toxins from their body. However, for the first few days they may have a slight headache, or may feel sluggish or even come down with a mild flu. This is not typical though. This is why it is recommended that they start with smaller doses and work up to the recommended dose on the bottle.

Since everyone is different with the toxins in the body, every person will experience difference symptoms. Most people feel fine and can work and do their normal activities. Be sure to take extra water and fiber to release these toxins!

How old should a person be when taking a cleanse?
It is not recommended for babies or small children. Usually children at the age of 8 or 10 can do a cleanse if they are having intestinal weaknesses. There are many teenagers that benefit taking a cleanse especially if they eat the Standard American Diet and also if they have acne problems. Many teenagers find it helpful for their energy levels and their hunger cravings. Most adults can take this product.

Can I take it when I’m pregnant?
If you are pregnant or lactating, we recommend that you consult with your healthcare professional before taking this product, or any other nutritional supplements. Women who find themselves with elimination distress may find eating more fiber and drinking more water will assist them with their intestinal weaknesses during pregnancy. It’s typically best not to take a cleanse.

What type of diet is recommended while I'm detoxifying?
No particular diet is necessary. It’s just important to eat healthy. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with nuts, legumes, whole grains, and proteins in moderation. Try not to eat the processed foods, to include canned foods, refined sugar foods. Limit your intake of alcohol and caffeine, and avoid nicotine if possible.

If I take prescription medications, when do I take the cleanse?

When taking any natural food supplement while on prescription medication, it is always best to take them at least two hours apart, so your medication can work as it is intended and your supplements can work as they were intended.
