I am currently doing the "weight loss cure protocol" and am in phase 2. I have been trying to prepare for phase 3 and the book says "you can eat any food you like, in any amount as you desire, with the following exceptions" then it says no sugars and starches, etc. My question is, does that mean absolutely NO bread? or is there a certain type/kind that would be ok? PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON THIS i am very frustrated with the fact it says "whatever you want" but then it says no starch…
