Yesterday my friend left her two sons with us for the day while she went to Baltinore to listen to a talk by Bishop K Ware...I so wish I could have gone. I made the greatest tapioca yesterday! I used coconut milk in place of the milk the recipe called for and flavored with pure maple syrup, it was awesome. Obviously not something I'd give to my son in the morning when I used the maple syrup, but a great treat for every once in awhile. Great flavor! YUM!

Okay. I've reached 5 glasses today. That is more than ever. It's getting better but such a struggle. So I ask myself why am I so worried about WHAT water I drink.....why can't it be enough that I am drinking it? I know...I know.....chemicals...BUT. I am still way confused as to the difference between the tap water and the bottled water. Such a contraversy. PLUS we are selling our house. So it would be a waste to get a filter for the house now....we will do so when we move. But in the meantime…

Who ever would have thought I'd be someone that would say....nope.Not over the counter medicine for me.....How about an herb instead?

Or.....no thankyou to a fast food burger and fries?

Or YES to the horrendous prices of organic vegetables?

Well here I am..... No more preservatives. No more 'added flavors'. No more chemicals.... BUT.... THIS IS HARD!

The hard part is the price ($ that is), and reading those darn labels. It's bad enough cooking the whole foods take…
