yeah actually haven't been on here for a good while myself... sometimes I am working 12-14 hours so it gives me little time for extracurricular activities.

I have heard of chip, we wanted to do it with our church... keep me informed how it does and maybe some tips in case we do get it going someday.

t get on here as often as i should.. you i am reading the eg white health books right now.. loving it..everyone should read them.
i am doing a health program at the church also. it's done by CHIP looks it up... pretty good general knowledge.. nothing too indepth.
