Well I'm down to 142 p3

Hi Just wanted to let you guys know i'm still around! I'm down to 142 hope to be 140 or lower by the end of the month. Still losing on p3 so thats a good thing! Hope Everyone has a great Thanksgiving!

Down to 149.4

I'm hoping to be down to low 140's by the weekend! I'm getting there ..This is a slow process ..But I can tell i'm loosing inches my clothes are getting loose! So i'll let you know!

Day 26 and I have somewhat stalled at 150.2

I have thirteen days to go and I have stalled somewhat at 150.2. I hope I will continue to go on down as a matter of fact I know I will! Hopefully I will go back down to 140's by tomorrow. I was there then gained a lb back. Now I want to loose that lb and another! So we'll see how that goes in the morning! Can you eat all your calories at one meal ??? Is that allowed??? somebody let me know! I'll write again soon!

Down to 151.4

Hey just to let you all know i'm down to 151.4. With the help of my very good new friend Tracey we are supporting each other! It gets hard with the same foods because I work and have little time to prepare ..but I have it going! My goal this week is to go in the 140's Boy howdy will I be happy if I make it! Tracey is doing great! and she has taken off again after a brief stalling.. so that it for now ! Good luck to everyone keep me posted!

OK today is day 17!

I have been really busy lately ,like Darla I haven't been keeping up! I have gotten down to 152.6 soo that's a BIG WOOOHOO!!! Tracey and I are really working closely together and have become fast friends in this battle of weight! But she has been sooooo helpful and gives great encouragement and keeps me going! Thanks for commenting on my hair loss discussion. I just stopped all my supplements about 10 days ago as my Chiropractor who does nutritional testing had me on 3 different kinds. Since I started them, I noticed that my hair was falling out. It just could have been timing but I stopped everything so I could see if I could figure out which one I was possibly allergic to. I do take cod liver oil and coconut oil everyday and I also eat a lot of good fat. I follow the Weston A. Price way of eating so fats are not my problem. I'm really struggling on P3. I seem to maintain then do a 2 to 3 lb. jump for no reason. I make 98% of my food and don't eat out at all. I don't eat junk. Sometimes I think I don't eat enough protein so today I will add more to my diet. ok, well if you have any suggestions for a P3er that is having trouble, feel free to comment on my page. Thanks!

Hi, finally getting back to you. I couldn't tell who is was on the phone and have been sooooo busy that I wouldn't have gotten back anyway. I think I lost to 148.6 this morning. my first weight so I took it. We'll see tomorrow. hope your day goes well.

I am kind of stalling again. I was at 153.8 on Wednesday, up to 154 yesterday and now back to 153.8 but it must be what my body wants right now. I feel that I am losing inches though. That is what is so good about this diet. You know that your body is doing what it needs to do and you see fast results. We get upset that there isn't a loss every day but in reality there is a loss every day, just not on the scale. I have about 6 days left before I go to phse 3 for the 2nd time and maintain there for a while. I like doing it that way, as it gives my body time to adjust down in weight and maintain there. Some people have gone right into another round but I really think your body needs that time. I am only doing half rounds, as it is sooo much easier for me.

Good for you. 140s tomorrow or the next day. So do you go with him or are you going to visit your daughter? You mentioned bringing food with you. You look too young to have a grown up child.

Same with me. Stalled now at the same weight for 4 days. So apple day for me. I know they work so not too upset. Just want to get below 155. You're not blogging yet. There seems to be alot of variations. I do fine as long as I stay home. Trying to eat out or attend family and community functions is my downfall.

Good for you. I started at 184 a few months ago. Stopped at 162.8 and now up from gorge weight to 165.3. It will feel so good to get past the 160s. How long have you been dealing with weight issues and how much do you want to lose? At my age it has been a real chore.
