It won't fail you. Also, if you have days that you don't lose weight according to the scales, don't freak out. As long as you are still faithful to the protocol, youare still losing fat, but you may fluctuate with your weight due to fluid. These fluctuations are normal, and will happen. So many people freak out, and feel that something is wrong. If it happens to you, march on. Trust me; you are still losing fat.
One of the problems that I had was that towards the end I did get bored with the food. But I can tell you right now that if you experience those feelings, dismiss them immediately. The diet is really so rewarding that you should not allow yourself to fixate on something as trivial as that. I had to psyche myself to feel that way, but as long as I did that, I was true to the plan. Hope this helps you; and perhaps this won't happen to you. Good luck, let me know of your progress. Also, I can't describe to you in words how much it will lift your spirits to lose the unwanted weight, but just wait, you will be able to experience it first hand. You will be grinning from ear to ear! I was so happy that at first I was giddy, like some young school girl!

Yes, you will need a couple other needles, about 2 and a half inches long; they must be longer in length to be able to withdraw it from the glass vial it comes in, then to deposit it into your brown storage vial. Your insulin needles are just too short to use for that.
Hopefully you won't have to reorder; that would be expensive due to the shipping charges.
Maybe you could go to a company called Tractor Supply and buy them, they carry needles and syringes to be used for livestock, if you live near one. Perhaps you could purchase some through them.
