Raised in the burbs of Eastern PA. A cozy neighborhood tightly packed, but Mom managed to get a garden in there, so I grew up with healthy eating habits. I am a tree-hugging nature nut, but am honestly a weather wimp. I'm like a flower that blooms when Spring arrives - hibernating thru the winter until the sun warms the Earth and me! As for illness, I've never been really strong, so it's time to reverse that and protect this amazing body God gave me! I am on a new mission to eat "GOD" food!

It's A Long Road to Recovery

Just an update... As a refresher, I'll brief you on my situation: At Christmas 2007, I almost died from a severe allergic reation to a medication - Prednisone. I never had the med before, and was prescribed too much - aka. overdose. What's so stupid is why the doctor gave it to me in the first place - poison ivy rash that wasn't even that bad! no problem april anytime. always here to assist.Yeah we've had our share of bad products thinking they were good. We learn, we kick ourselves for spending good money, but thats wha makes us better ingredient detectives. The worls finally also getting the idea that we are all devoid of probiotics (good friendly bacteria, my page describes what it is in a nutshell. Ill be talking to you later about it as time goes.
