Day 5

Day 5 had me down 0,6 pounds. I little disappointed (thought I would be losing more quickly at the start) but I do feel good. I have done cardio the last two days (30 min of spin followed by 30 min of infra red sauna). And, Ive been eating healthy foods. Still no sugar cravings. Only had some hunger pangs late in the day when I was out and needed to have dinner. Today, Im going to have my first apple mid meal and then with dinner. Have to force myself to drink more water. Day 3 and 4

After reading Weight Loss Cure and Simeon's Protocol and FINALLY getting the HCG, I began Jan 2; gained 1.5 pounds after the two day gorge (and I ate alot!). Day 3 started me at 168 pounds. Im using the IM method, at 150 IU. My first VLCD was easier than I expected. I did not feel hungry. Did not even have the urges I do for sugar. Hi Sheryl. I eat a salad at lunch since it is easy to take to work. I'll cut up the chicken or steak and add raw apple cider vinegar and sea salt only. i tell ya, plain salads have gotten very boring fast! but last night i did a lettuce wrap and it was really good. i had a steak sandwich highly seasoned and used the lettuce as a wrap in place or bread or tortilla shell. it was the best meal i've had all week! i don't really count out my calories. i literally do a handful of greens and then weigh out my meat and have 2 apples a day. and the last day or two i havent been hungry at all! i'm down 11 pounds since monday! woo hoo!!
