I did't call that office I just happened to run across it on the internet after searching , and searching for someone in this area that offers the HCG shots . so I am not sure. but I got to thinking about that last night, and it may be and if it is offered daily then $12 does add up. it might be cheaper to just order it. and do the shots myself when I get to that point.

I found it pretty easy to stay steady during the phase 3 I was on for 6 weeks. Some days I would gain a couple of pounds so I had to do the steak routine for a day and that really works. Towards the end of phase 3 my weight fluctuations had really decreased. My brother is now on his second round of phase 2. He lost 35 lbs on the first from 225 to 190. My mother is on her third week in phase 1. She has lost 25 lbs so far. The plan works if you stick with it. The first few days on phase 2 is the worst for getting hungry, it gets better after that. Stick with it.

I do the calcium in the water, the teas, the three lac (i love this), the krill oil, vit e, whole food supplement, probiotics and digestive aid tabs. I've done a liver cleanse, a colon cleanse and have gotten a couple of massages. I'm not going to do colonics so I'll just have to work around that. I walk on the treadmill and try to put the sunroof open on my car for my sunlight. I work a lot so car time is free time for me. Now that the weather is so beautiful we've turned off the air and are enjoying fresh air. We've put in a spring water filtration system so I've got good water now. I didn't lose much weight (less than 10) in the month or so I've been on Phase I but I feel better. Actively working at keeping my stress levels lower. That helps too. Doing all of this is enough! I don't think I could incorporate much more.
