- I'm a singer, songwriter, guitarist, born 12/21/1948 in Atlanta, GA. My husband Tom & I recently moved to the small town of Ellijay in the North GA mountains. We both have health problems...diabetes, high blood pressure, and Tom also has high cholesterol. I am a distributor of mangosteen juice.

Thanks for commenting me! I'll check out your page now. I'm currently working on a book to help people (like me!) who know they need to make lifestyle changes, but can't seem to get motivated. The working title is "Motivation for Change." If you, or anyone else, have any suggestions along this line, I'd appreciate your input.
