- I enjoy life, have been self employed for 30 years. Have spent my life trying to be healthy. The beginning of this year, I read Kevin Trudeau's book. I am now all organic,it was pretty expensive changing over my kitchen. It' real hard not to, when you read all the toxins that are in the foods we consume on a daily basis. It pretty scary, I took the plunge and did it. I have been doing a colon cleanse for almost 2 months using bowtrol, which is doing pretty good. I have never had a weight problem until I went through the change, I have had a real hard time shedding the pounds. I thought it would help cleansing my body and changing to all organic. I went on the hcg injections and my last day is Sunday all total I lost 40lbs, I feel great. I get monthly adjustment, massages, acupuntures, I now see a helthcare doctor. Who is perscribing herbs for my hormones from going through the change. I am so excited just to be doing Kevin's suggestions. No microwave, magnectic chaos eliminator, I have an appointment next month to remove all the mercury fillings in my mouth. I feel great. I have done all of Kevin's suggestions they are great. I can't wait to make my first batch of home made organic ice cream. I will be one of the first to buy his cook book that hopefully will be comming out soon. Kevin has been a live saver for me. I want all of you out there to know, I support 100% all of Keven's suggestion for a life long change. You will not regret it..........the secret to Kevin's success is listen to your bodies, only put in them what will make them healthly. Your body will not let you down if you don't let your body down.

I don't remember what the return address was; check your inbox at the top of your page; I sent you a private message earlier today; you just haven't seen it yet. But it's there! I don't think it matters where the HCG comes from, Kevin says HCG is HCG!! Just as long as it comes from urine of pregnant women!!When exactly are you going to start the protocol?
I just can't do it right now; too much going on; October will be much better for me; but, don't wait on me, start when you think you need and want to. October is just better for me at this point.
We are moving back to where we were, realizing it was a mistake to come out here, it will be closer for my hubby to get to work, he works down town and it will also be closer to my lots of memories and old friends. My son is layed to rest there and I missed not going to bring flowers and keeping things nice for him. I guess that is where home is right now. Its probably a heart thing for me, but the drive has been very hard on my hubby,so....................away we go, it has been hard putting it all today, but its working out. little by little.

You are so funny! Know what I think? I really think you are lucky! I would rather be fat everywhere else but my waist, LOL. That is why I think you are lucky to stay slim in the waist line. That is the area where I gain weight the first! I hate that!
Oh, and I have the same problem with my arms. It didn't use to be that way for me, but now that I am older, it is. I don't know why that is. Perhaps that is a good question for a ND. Why we keep weight in our arms! Different styles of shirts or sleeveless tops emphasize it more than others do.
I think I am using HCG as a crutch; I like the feeling it gives me when I have a really flat stomach. But as soon as I near the end of phase 3 and start on phase 4, my belly seems to swell up. I wonder if other women do this also? Also, when I eat a lot of carbohydrates, they really make me swell up I've noticed. I love meat, but if I can stay away from it, that helps too. I don't drink near enough fluids, either. When exactly will you start phase 2?
