Thanks for the advice, but I won't chicken out. I'm determined! I look at it like this. If the thousands of people on this site can do it, over and over again, then there is no reason I can't do it. If I can deal with menstrual cramps each month, this should be a piece of cake.

I can tell you from experience that in using the Oral, the weight does stay off. I have never had to do the steak protocol on phase III following the usage of the Oral on Phase II. So that proves to me that it does work in setting the hypothalmus gland.
