Hi Rochelle! All the best on the protocol!! You should be fine with your greens. Just count the calories into your plan. But don't use the cooking spray. i usually saute in some kind of broth or veggie juice. Limit the fats and oils just as much a possible for best results. However, you don't have to worry about lotions, shampoos and conditioners. Stuff on the skin doesn't both most people.
