Well, I have been doing phase I for 6 days now and I feel pretty good. I am doing as much as I can from KT's list of dos and don'ts.... I lost 2lbs this week but got on the scale this morning and gained one back... hmmm. Oh well. My HCG will start on Dec 24th.... and I hope all goes well. I am a little concerned with the NO LOTION rule. I have SUPER dry skin (really bad in the winter) and I can't live without lotion..... I will have to figure something out for that. Getting ready!!

Ok, so I ordered most of what I need for Phase I and have started the process for Phase II. I am going this weekend to Whole Foods to load my house with ALL organic.... YIPPIE!!! I am still waiting to have my lab work order sent to me so I can get the script for the hcg. So far so good though. I was hoping to start Phase I next week, but I may wait till the Monday after Thanksgiving. I am doing the Apple cider vinager (yuk)! I can't wait!!!

Did you go to a doctor or just do the labs and order the hcg? How did you do it and about how much did it cost? I want to start soon. It seems to really be working for everyone so I'm excited about trying it myself. I weigh about the same as you and I'd really love to lose at least 40 pounds. This is the heaviest I've ever been and since I had my youngest child I can't seem to lose a pound. My youngest is now three.

Have held pretty steady weight on this phase, but I lost 35lbs since Feb and I didn't expect to lose much on Phase I. I do need to lose about 40 more lbs. I have been working hard at this so far and made great progress and I hope this takes me to the next level..... I will keep updated!!
