Hang in there. Remember to stick to the diet 3 days after your last shot. The HCG is still in your system.

I would LOVE to have extra support in April when I start again. That is great you have a friend on the program too. I did it by myself (with my husband still eating whatever he wanted...UGH). I am now focusing on another program until April. It is called sparkpeople.com I track my calories and fitness. It is a great site...check it out if you can. I am still eating as much organic but I am watching my calories for now until I start HCG again. I will get with you before I start again. Let me know how you are doing. My real email is symplynic@yahoo.com.
Take care,
Nic

Hi Debbie. I lost about 23 lbs on Phase 2 and was really excited about the program. Then Phase 3 started for me 2 days before Thanksgiving. I spent that week out of town at my parent's house and completely blew it. I did not do Phase 3 and I have gained 12 of the 23 lbs back. I totally got off track with the program through the holidays. I wish I had good news for you but I don't. I am planning on starting the program over again in April and doing it right this time.

You did a great job through the holidays! Congrats...that is NOT easy. Phase 3 is very important...just make sure you follow it and you will be successful.

Best of luck,
Nic

Hi, I will not have computer access at my home for a couple more weeks, so not really replying to anything on a reg basis, but will be back. :) Debbie

I so excited for you tomorrow, NEW JEANS, and I am sure you will look great in any style. I like you have the thigh and butt problem. I must admit the older I get the less it goes there and more to my stomach and back, its ugly in any spot. :) I am so excited about starting the shots next week, Lossing more than 5 lbs in one week will just be too much fun. You have a neat job, although I know you work very hard I am sure. Do the owners have any in Fort Worth this month? We have a Playgun, two Real Guns and my other babies where Smart lil Lena,s and one paint. Keep up the great job on Phase III, it is so neat they have this, as I knew no one who had done this and when I would tell my friends or family they would give me the deer in the head light look. Better get back to bed, with all the tea and water I get up 50 times a night (seems like it). Keep me posted too, Debbie

Wow...you have moved around! I have lived in MI most of my life. I moved to KY to get a degree in Equine Mgt. and then to MD for a short while to manage a breeding farm there. Swore I would never live in MI again and now I have been back here for 8 years. I also live in Harbor Springs...which is WAY up north!
I manage this farm for private owners. They own a stallion called Smart Little Levi. They also own Rey Cool but he is still showing and not breeding yet. We breed a few mares a year to Dual Rey, Cat Ichi, and Kodo. We also have a lifetime to SR Instant Choice but haven't used it in a few years because we have been promoting "Levi" as much as possible.
I have done well with Phase 2...could be better but I had a "cheat meal" once a week which hindered the process a little. Not too much, a pound gain here and there. I had a hard time because I do NOT like the veggies on the list. All I could stomach was the cuccumbers so I ate them with every meal. I have lost 23 lbs in 5 weeks. I did my last injection today and I will continue with the vlcd (very low calorie diet) for the next three days before starting Phase 3.
You will be amazed at the quick weight loss. I lost 4 lbs the first day, 3 the second, and lost steadily 1-1.5 lbs when I followed the program exact as it says. I did get sick for 4 days and didn't eat well and it did stall me. I had to do the apple day and it kick started me back to losing. If I had not been sick I would be at goal right now (30 lbs). So....make sure you follow the 500 calories...that is MOST important. If you have any questions, let me know. I will try to help the best I can.
Going to buy new jeans tomorrow and actually very excited about it (a first for me). I carry most my weight in hips/butt/thighs and find it sooooo hard to find jeans that fit me right. Hopefully this will have changed. My jeans are hanging off me :)
Keep me updated on your journey!

Hi Debbie. I saw your reply on Terries page and I wanted to say hello to another "horse lover". I breed cutting horses and have anywhere from 25-45 horses at a time. It's a sickness...I know! Welcome to the program and good luck. I am just winding down on Phase 2. I will be starting Phase 3 on Tuesday. This is an awesome program. Gets hard to stick to for so many weeks but the results are amazing. Check out my page if you get a chance. Pictures of the farm, horses, kids"dogs", and husband are on there. Good luck!

By the way, I had to come to your homepage because for some weird reason, it would not allow me to respond to your answer again; the page kept turning black when I clicked on reply! Aint that strange!!

Yeah, I know what you mean; we are now professional feeders too, and getting better at it all the time!!
