Pain and suffering are just signals to our conscious mind that we have to change our ways. When we pursue Nature's Course, we "miraculously" recover. When we follow the flock, and resist Nature, we suffer. This is the Law of Nature.
Our mind-body system is designed to heal itself. All we need to do is remove obstacles from the body and from the mind. This can be accomplished with or without the help of others.
The mind-body-spirit system has almost unlimited self-repair capabilities, but most people deny themselves any access to them. The biggest mistake we can make is to accept someone's "advice" that your condition is incurable. If you accept such advice, you fear effectively sabotages the self-healing process, which is under complete control of your consciousness on all levels, including the subconscious functioning of your body and mind. Fear blocks any logic, dramatically reducing your own self-healing ability
There is nothing in the Universe to be affraid of, except our own ignorance and its consequences. Unfortunately, most people doubt everyone and everything except their own ignorance. The idea of "incurable" or "chronic" condition comes simply from limited understanding of healing processes and/or arrogant attitude of people who claim to be "Health" authorities but have never seen a true recovery.

"Physicians pour drugs of which they know little, to cure diseases of which they know less, into humans of which they know nothing." - Francois Voltaire (1694-1778)
"Let's not kid ourselves. whatever we diagnose, most patients, if they don't die, get well by themselves. Our job is mainly to try to make them feel better; do no harm." -Diane Frolov & Andrew Schneider, Northern Exposure, Wake Up Call, 1992
"I was under medication when I made the decision no to burn the tapes." -Richard Nixon
"The art of medicine consists of amusing the patient while nature cures the disease."-Francois
Voltaire
"Your food should be your medicine and your medicine shell be your food".-Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine
Every whole food has a pattern that resembles a body organ or physiological function and this pattern acts as a signal or sign as to the benefit the food provides the eater. A sliced carrot looks like the human eye. A tomato has four chambers and is red. Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. A wlamut looks like a brain. Kidney beans promote renal health. Celery looks like bones. Eggplant, Avocadoes and pears aid womb and cervix function. Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos as they grow. Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas. Olives assist ovary function. Grapefruits, oranges and other citrus fruits look like mammary glands. Onions look like body cells. Isn't it obvious why Adam & Eve were placed in a garden?
