So today is first day of injections. I think overall I gained back about 3.5 lbs on P3. I only followed the rules for about a week. I really did eat anything I wanted over the last 3 weeks or so. Not to bad only gaining a little. So I leave for Cancun in 3 week so I will so another 24 day round, hoping to loose anothe 15-20 like last time. Not really looking forward to this but it works so it is not a choice!!

Ok so I was in Florida for 9 days after only 1 week of P3. I was really nervous, came back only gaining about 2.5 lbs. Tried to stay low carb but that only lasted about 2 days. I was surprised to have only gained a little. Since being home I have lost 1 of the lbs. already. I have 0 cravings and eat much smaller portions than pre-protocol. I am waiting for my shipment of Hcg so I can start back on P2 and hopefully get in about 5 weeks before leaving for Cancun on June 7th. I hope to knock off at… Continue

I am leaving Friday for Florida, I will be busy getting ready to go so this will be my last blog until I get back. Today is day 4 on P3 and so far no gain. Let's hope I can make it through my vacation! Oh well at least i will be tan, even if I do gain a few. Talk to you when i get back. Have a great week everyone!!

Officially off injections, sorta skipped 3 days of vlcd after last injection. I was starving yesterday, I had to eat! I think the hcg left my body really quick. Now instead of being excited every day to step on the scale, I will be scared. So a total of 18.2 pounds lost in basically 24 days of vlcd. I am confident that I can loose another 35 pounds in one more long round of P2 and maybe a short round to get the last 10 or so. I could potentially be down to my goal by the end of July. Down to 186. That is a total of 17.2# in 24 days of vlcd. Not too bad. I actually did my last injection today. I had to wasted one shot because there was a big airbubble in it i could not get it to go away no matter how much i tapped it, therfore I did not want to take a chance by injecting it or pushing it back into the sterile vial. Oh well I was hoping to inject up until sunday but I will just start P3 a few days early. I leave for Florida next Friday, so that will give me a few days at home… Continue
