About Me:: I am a wife and mother and love being both. I believe good health is one of the greatest gifts I can give my family...and we are striving to learn more and live healthier each day.

Favorite Music:: I like many kinds of music but my favorite is Southern gospel, favorite groups are the Crabb Family and Selah. I also enjoy jazz and easy listening. I love Nora Jones, Diana Krall, John Tesh, and Yani. Recently have found and enjoy Jack Johnson.

Favorite Books: I love books. Period. I enjoy Christian reading like Joyce Meyer, Charles Capps, Max Lucado, Stormie Omartian. I also enjoy psychological thrillers such as Dean Koontz, James Patterson. Have recently discovered and am reading books by Nicholas Sparks. I also enjoy a number of classics. Books, books, books....I LOVE books!
