Save up. It's not cheep, about 700. when done ---The best money i've ever spent in my life! I haven't felt this awsum in 20years. If you can, do it. They start off with a 2 or 300.dollar charge to get started. Then the remainder for the shots. No more strugeling with weight loss. It came right off!!!!!!!! Sherry

You're only eating 10 oz. of protein on 6 WBMO. I don't think it's any less on Phase Two of the protocol. ;)

I just got back from walking outdoors....it was windy when I first got out and then not bad on the way to the office....I feel like the sun (as "prescribed" by KT) - did a world a good - I feel really good. =)

You don't have to count protein grams on The Six Week Body Makeover - you just have 2 oz. of protein at each meal. I am only doing it for Phase One in conjunction with detoxing and supplements. Once I start Phase Two, then I will stick strictly with Dr. Simeon's protocol.

hope this information is in time to be of help. On the home page of naturalcures.com is a phone number to obtain HCG, 800-819-1027. If you call the number this is the bottom line to obtain HCG. They will require you to get a physical exam and have the physcian fill out a form that you send to them. They will send you to a laboratory in your area ( they have contracted with labs. from coast to coast, they are very well organized and I was very impressed, they have this very well thought through. The lab. I went to was about a 10 minute drive from my house. I live in Orange County California, a 20 minute drive from Disneyland). They will review your exam & lab results. If they don't find problems they will send you the HCG and syringes. They will charge you about $450.00 for the lab test. If your test results are approved, for another aprox. $200.00 they will send you the HCG. Please call & confirm these prices. The HCG dose is .25 CC's. You will recieve a standard 1/2 CC. insulin syringe so you fill the syringe 1/2 way. I recommend you buy & read Kevin's weight loss book. It explains the system totally. I think if you're gonna spend $800.00 on this you better get it right. The program needs to be followed very precisely to get the best results. It's not difficult but the better you completely understand it the easier it will be to do. Please let me know what you decide to do. I have lost 10.5lbs. in the first 10 days. Everything is working exactly as Kevin said.
