Hi Jennifer, I am new at this and not sure what I can say on the blog. I don't even know if I can put my email on here so we can talk. I do have a favorite line...If you can let me know If I can put down my email I will.
Grissini is basically an Italian breadstick. I've found it at Whole Foods and my local Publix Greenwise. It's not in KT's book, but it's in the original Simeons manuscript. Either grissini or melba toast with each meal or as a snack. I've only eaten the Melba toast because grissini has olive oil in it. One piece of Melba is only 20 calories. I don't eat it everyday. Just the days where I still have enough calories after meat and veggies/fruit. I'm going to stick with the subq shots and try to be happy with .5 per day. I guess that's better than what some people are experiencing. :)
