About Me:: I have just started the organic lifestyle. I definately need help. If anyone has any suggestions, they are welcome.

Favorite Music:: I like a variety of music. Old rock, easy listening, country, pop, classic, etc.

Favorite Books: Mostly self-improvement books. I don't have time to read, so I always hit the audio section. I wish "The Weight Loss Cure" was on audio.

But organic should mean something like the food given the animal is not treated with pesticides or altered with additives; and free range is the opposite of stuck in a small cage and only fed a chemically altered mix with growth hormones!

Still does gardening in her suburban backyard! No pills here! My favorte saying: "You are what you eat!" Grew up on a lot of fresh caught fish, just a little meat, and lots of home grown veggies (no pesticides: Grandpa always said "just plant a little extra so the squirrels, rabbits and bugs can share too!" Just found some new interesting fruit down here in Florida!
