Pounds and Inches Program

I have been on the weight loss cure for 20 days and have lost 18 lbs. I should have checked inches but didn't. My husband thinks I have lost a lot of inches. I am OK with a structured program so this works for me. I get hungry once in a while but not excessively. I also should mention that I don't take the shots intramuscular because I travel and need to give myself the shots. I can't reach my glutes to give the shot. THEY ARE ADULT STUDIES THAT ARE ONE BOOK OF THE BIBLE, FOR INSTANCE WE ARE DOING EPHESIANS THIS FALL AND WE GO THROUGH ONE VERSE AT A TIME USING THE BIBLE TO INTERPRET THE TEXT. VERY GRATIFYING BECAUSE WHEN WE ARE DONE WE KNOW WHAT IT SAYS AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART WE APPLY IT TO OUR LIVES.

YOU DONT TAKE THE hCG DURING MENSES SO IF YOU START RIGHT AFTER THEN ABOUT 28 DAYS LATER YOU STOP FOR 5-7 DAYS OF MENSES THEN START AGAIN TO FINISH. ARE YOU DOING GHI MEDICAL? How is your phase II coming along? I have not gone in for my blood work yet to get the process started to get my hCG. I have a trip to Mexico coming up at the end of Aug to help our missionary friend there erect a new church and then in Sept., my sister and I are going on a one week vacation, so thinking after that will be when I can have 30 days in a row to complete the protocol. At 6:35pm on August 6th, 2007, Lonna Adkins said…: Amy, I have been on it 28 days and lost 21 lbs. It has slowed down this last week because I take hormones and they are in a cream. I believe that is the problem. Hunger is not a problem and energy comes and goes. My inches are far greater for the 21 lbs than ever before. That is really encouraging. Have a good day.

How is it going? Very interested in hearing your phase 2 journey. I am 1 week into phase 1 and have lost 5 lbs!! How much have you lost so far, how many days on phase 2, and how is the energy, hunger level? Thanks for sharing your results with those of us still waiting to start the "cure".
