Have you read The Weight Loss Cure by KT? I suspecting that if you did you will have your answers. Have you also read the Dr. S. protocol, Pounds and Inches? All supplies are available online, but reading the book and protocol is NECESSARY so that YOU can decided how YOU want to handle this.
I keep seeing people get online here and other places, buy stuff, try to start doing it. .and without the necessary EDUCATION (the reading), it will be a negative experience. It is NECESSARY to read First. THEN, your questions will be answered.
