Favorite Music:: It depends on my mood. Open to any kind that makes me feel good! And I especially like music that I know the words to so I can sing along with it! Love To Dance! I also like lots of World Music -- it's good to get out once in awhile -- you know what I mean?

Favorite Books: Ishmael series, KT's, Abraham teachings through Esther Hicks, animal books (too numerous to mention), Carlos Castaneda series, Crack in the Cosmic Egg, non-fiction but mainly books that make me think introspectively to broaden the way I can understand the universe. Things about black holes, outer space, the universe, quantum physics -- a real favorite topic......

I really understand the need to drink a lot of water and the taking of fiber (glucomannan fiber), oh can't forget flaxseed oil or coconut oil, something for lubrication. My health food store had three brands of candida cleanse. Can't remember the other two, but I bought the Candi-gone. I too started mine about 4 days ago. I wasn't in a great mood yesterday, but had my computer problems the night before and ended up loosing a bunch of pics and info. Stayed up until 4:00 working on that and only 4 hours of sleep. So that may have been the cause. I've had a headache since yesterday afternoon, but only part of a Dr. Pepper yesterday, so it may be the caffeine withdrawal. I've been on the Dr. Natura colon cleanse for 6 days. Its easy and I go 2-3 times a day. No bad cramping or urges. And I've always been irregular, not uncommon for me to only go once a week with bloating, cramping and constipation. So it seems to work well for me. I just wonder if I will revert after the 30 days?? I'm not thrilled with the enema type colon cleanse. So, haven't tried that. Expensive, time consuming, and uncomfortable is what I've gathered from the threads on this site. I did think about getting my own enema kit, but still that's not appealing. They do have kits on a yoga site. I find the site if you want it. By the way, I ordered the HCG from Anabolic-Pharma. I checked the status and it says shipped. Just thought I'd order early so it would be here when I was ready. We'll see. Ordered the needles, etc. in a 43 day complete set from HCGsupplies.com and they give you a download of Simeons manuscript and directions on mixing, etc. Made me more comfortable ordering the kit, so I didn't forget something. I've lost only the 3.5 pounds that I originally lost the first week of cutting out sugar and changing my eating, but I'm maintaining that loss! Some encouragement. Hope your mood improves. Otherwise, how are you feeling and have you lost any?? I appreciate your friendship.

If the symptoms subside without the Clotrimazole that would be a good indication its working???? Your question about the colon cleanse. Are you talking about the herbal cleanse or the enema type colonics? The herbal cleanse is fairly easy. Just some pills and soluble powder. The colonics I haven't done and not sure I will. We don't have a vehicle, so have to borrow one to do errands. Going 15 times in 30 days would be a chore, not considering the cost. I thought about buying an enema kit, but that doesn't sound too appealing. So, may just skip it. Hope this helps. I'm new at this, but I'm happy to share my experience. How are you doing???
