Actually I only lost 21 lbs on the 1st round because of injecting way too little. I didn't know any better. I would like to lose 20 to 30 more lbs. I think I will start again after the foods from my garden get ripe and I can have some of them and then go back on in Sept. Thanks for staying in touch and the boost of confidence in doing this and getting there. So glad to hear it is easy to stay within goal weight. So different from any other diet. Thanks again.

I am doing pretty well. How much did you lose and how long did it take you? Do you eat only organic food or do you eat other things too. Do you have to watch your carbs? Someone said they thought we would have to. Sorry so many questions. Thanks.

Hi Pam T: Haven't heard from you in a while. Just checking in. I've gone through a tragedy but I'm still here. I lost my 3 y.o. grand daughter in a head on collison on July 6th. But, God is still good. He has brought me through that. How are you. I love your new picture and your page.
