Glass Cookware?

I thought glass cookwear is suppose to be the safest but than I found out it contains lead and boron ... What are your thoughts on this? I read that it is only crystal glass and decorative glass and some sites just say glass.

Do a quick search and see if you come up with the same results I did..Im trying to figure out what to buy and Dr. Mercola recommends some ENAMELED cast iron sets ( not reg. cast iron) on his site...

Eating Raw Meat???

Ok- so I watched Wife Swap the other night and there was a family that ate only raw foods, including meat.. I just don't understand how that can be healthy? I personally have had food poisoning from eating undercooked meat but this lady was sitting there eating pieces of raw chicken..WHAT!?!?!

I just think of all the bacteria not to mention parasites that you could get from raw meat and just don't see the benefits to eating it??

Does anyone eat raw meat (besides sushi)?

Any Suggestions?

I would like any suggestions on natural deodorizers to make my house smell clean when company comes over... I have heard you can slow boil some spices like cinnamin or nutmeg?? Does anyone have some advice on what I can do that smell great??

The main topic was Asthma, ADD, ADHD and Allergies (cause and management), however, the topic of eczema inevitably came up. I had recently found some links to eczema and vaccine ingredients, and they mentioned it tonight as well. If you Google vaccines and eczema a lot will come up. There also seems to be a connection to cow's milk. Again, several vaccines include bovine ingredients so it all seems to be related. Several people have had good results switching their kids to goat milk. I breastfed my last baby until she was 16 months old and then started her on goat milk. Now she just turned two, so we are moving her to almond milk. There are also many toxic ingredients in vaccines, like mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, etc. which have been found to aggravate skin conditions.

eXfuze has been found to help clear up eczema in quite a few adults and kids, but I don't know if it will work permanently if the exposure to certain allergens or toxins continues. Does your baby drinks cow's milk (or eat dairy products) or get vaccines?
