Day 7 - 12 were not great (though I am down 9 lbs in 9 days. Began losing only 1 lb a day until Sunday; then Ate at restaurant with family Sunday noon (though I ordered the plain hamburger and lettuce salad); but I also used makeup and some lotion for itchy skin and headed to church; ate dinner at friends brought my own salad and used her balsamic vinegarette;
Day 10 I woke and weighed in and didn't lose anything; then headed to Los Angeles for a 3 hour drive and forgot to inject mysel…

I wrote a blog about Day 3 and Day 4 but I don't know where it went! I saw 3 lbs. gone on Day 4. Complained about a headache I had for first 4 days on diet (probably from Caffeine withdrawal or it could be sugar as well). Day 5 I saw another 2 1/2 lbs gone and Day 6 (this morning) it was only 1/2 lb (oh no); don't know what I did but I know I was doing the makeup things (and put an organic skin conditioner on); and I also ate a little extra chicken when I was cleaning up the dinner dishes; and m… Continue

I am down to 128 lbs. Have lost about 19 1/2 lbs. Cheated by trying to eat out with friends and family - it just doesn't work. Eating salads and chicken or steak in a restaurant is too hard - at least portion wise unless you put half of it in a go box before you start it's easy to consume the whole thing before you end a conversation! I'm happy with the weight loss and will continue to lose for the next two weeks. Thanksgiving meal will be my first full meal! My first anything. Maybe I should stop long before then!
Today has been a good day. Need to read the original diet and see what I can do to increase my results. I need to be done with this. I'm bored with my food. Chicken and meat and cucumbers, tomatoes & celery (and oh the lettuce!). Since I cheated and gained weight I'm back to eyeing the food on the counter or in the frig that is for my husband. It took me a week to lose that desire to snitch food....... Here's to a great week. I'm down 10.5 lbs and 19.5 left! (I know that isn't great but it's okay.)
