THE ONLY MISTAKE PEOLPE HAVE WITH IT, IS NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER!!!! TRY TO DRINK AT LEAST HALF A GALLON A DAY, SOUNDS LIKE A LOT AT FIRES, BUT START ON A DAY OFF FROM WORK, FRIDAY IS WHEN I START, SO YOU CAN GO WHEN YOU WANT, THE WATER WILL RUN THRU PRETTY QUICK AT FIRST! THEN IN A FEW YOUR BODY WILL START TO GET ON A TIME TABLE, AND SO I DO DRINK ENOUGH WATER, I LEAVE A GALLON OF WATER IN THE BATHROOM, SO EVERY TIME I GO, I DRINK A BIG GLASS ALSO! KINDA EASY ONCE YOU GET STARTED, BUT I WOULD START THERE, AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR PANTS GETTING LOOSE JUST FROM THIS CLEAN OUT, AND YOU WON'T FEEL THAT BLOATING FEELING EITHER, THEN AFTER THAT YOU CAN GO ON TO LIVER, YEAST, AND WELL YOU KNOW! YOU MUST HAVE KEVIN'S BOOK, CHAPTER 6? OK YOU CAN FIND DR. NATURA ON LINE, GOOD LUCK FOR NOW, TALK SOON, LOVE AND HUGS OF GOOD HEALTH, TREE HUGGIN' HIPPIE
